Suggest A Recipe

I'm always looking for new recipes to try! If you come across something that'd you love to see on The Primordial Table, please submit them here. It can be just the name, and I'll come up with or look for a great recipe or it can be a link to another recipe that you've found. The recipe doesn't even have to be paleo or primal. If it can possibly be worked into a paleo or primal version, then I'll see what I can do.

Just remember, submitting a recipe doesn't guarantee it will end up on the blog. There are a lot of contributing factors to what I decide to cook including tastes, budget, and time. But if I can find a way to get it on the blog, I will!

So start submitting!

  1. I can relate to your comment regarding the problems of making cultural specific dishes AIP. Between my husband and myself we have heritages from Puerto Rico, Germany, Mexico, Iran, Japan, Holland and Malaysia. We eat mostly Hispanic, Asian and U.S. influenced foods. No nightshades has left me reeling as tomatoes and peppers are staples in this house. I love how your recipes are full of spices and you don't put fruit in your main dishes. More ethnic recipes are what I would ask that you keep sharing.

Also, is there a way to follow you by email?

    1. Thanks so much for the encouragement and the suggestions, Marla! I can't wait to share some more ethnic dishes with you. I've been working on a few and my goal this year to share recipes more frequently. I have added an email option for my followers. Check out the top corner of the blog page right above all the Social Media icons!

  2. Kat!!! I'm in love with this salsa!! I made a batch last night, modified with carrots and cherries in place of pumkpin and beets...because...picky belly. :/
Its the BEST salsa I've had since going AIP. I want to make a gallon so I will be eternally happy every day and put it on everything except chocolate. :-D
